By accessing or using the EaseAssign platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service.
2. Description of Service
EaseAssign provides a platform for freelancers and clients to connect, collaborate, and manage projects. We offer tools for messaging, milestone tracking, and project management.
3. Payments and Fees
Important Notice Regarding Payments: EaseAssign currently facilitates project discovery and collaboration. Payments are handled directly between clients and freelancers outside of the platform. We do not hold escrow or process credit cards directly at this time.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to use the platform to:
- Post any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing.
- Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation.
- Upload viruses or malicious code.
- Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Services.
5. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
